The North Carolina Education Lottery announced a Pick 3 drawing resulted in 5,151 tickets bearing the numbers 9-1-1 winning over $1.43 million in prizes.
Lottery officials said Saturday evening’s Pick 3 drawing resulted 5,151 tickets winning top prizes: $250 for every 50-cent ticket and $500 for each $1 ticket.
The total number of winnings was more than $1.4 million, officials said.
“Whatever three numbers you pick, the odds of matching exactly all three in a Pick 3 drawing are the same: 1 in 1,000,” officials wrote. “Winners have 180 days to claim their prizes.”
