Lewis Pullman is joining the cast of the new series Guilty Creatures.
The Top Gun: Maverick and Outer Range actor, 33, was confirmed to star in the show Monday.
Guilty Creatures is a thriller based on the true-crime book by Mikita Brottman. The series is described as a “riveting true-crime narrative, set against a backdrop of sex and murder in the Florida panhandle.”
Pullman and previously announced star Julia Garner (Ozark) play “two young, adulterous but God-fearing lovers” who begin a torrid romance and subsequently commit an act of murder.
The show unravels the pairs “complex lives and the emotional toll of living as killers for 18 years,” an official synopsis reads.
Guilty Creatures is written by Sarah DeLappe, directed by Craig Gillespie (Your Friends & Neighbors) and features Stuart Zicherman as showrunner and executive producer.
