The BBC announced it has ordered two more seasons of its detective drama, Death in Paradise.
The British broadcaster said it has also commissioned two additional Christmas specials.

The cast includes Don Gilet, Don Warrington, Shantol Jackson, Shaquille Ali-Yebuah, Catherine Garton and Élizabeth Bourgine.
“Death in Paradise is a global phenomenon and we are incredibly proud to have it on the BBC, where it goes from strength to strength,” Lindsay Salt, director of BBC Drama, said in a statement Thursday.
“It’s with great pleasure that we share the news that we’ll be returning to Saint Marie for two more sun-soaked series and Christmas specials.”
The Death in Paradise franchise also includes the spin-offs Beyond Paradise and Return to Paradise.
