Firefighters in California came to the rescue of a curious puppy that ended up with its head stuck through the center of a tire rim.
Cal Fire said on social media that a crew from Fresno County’s Engine 39 responded Wednesday to an animal rescue call.
They arrived to find a puppy’s head was stuck through the middle of a tire rim.
The post said it took “a lot of patience” to free the puppy.
“Firefighters on Engine 89 carefully freed this puppy and made sure this puppy walked away unharmed (and a little embarrassed),” officials wrote.
