Netflix is gearing up for the release of Ransom Canyon Season 2.
The streaming service shared a trailer for the series Thursday featuring Josh Duhamel, Minka Kelly and new cast member Ben Robson.
Ransom Canyon is a romantic drama based on the Jodi Thomas book series. The show follows Staten Kirkland (Duhamel) and Quinn O’Grady (Kelly), longtime friends and possible love interests, as they try to revive their small Texas town of Ransom Canyon.
Season 2 finds Quinn at a romantic “fork in the road” after she returns to Ransom Canyon from New York City. While Staten seems ready to pursue his feelings for Quinn, she also finds her head turned by newcomer Oliver (Robson).
The Season 2 cast also includes Lizzy Greene as Lauren, Garrett Wareing as Russell, Casey W. Johnson as Kit, Jack Schumacher as Yancy, Brett Cullen as Sam, Marianly Tejada as Ellie and Patricia Clarkson as Claire.
Ransom Canyon Season 2 premieres July 23 on Netflix.
