Netflix is teasing the sophomore season of its anthology series Beef ahead of its April 16 arrival on the streamer.
A short clip released Monday shows Oscar Isaac standing next to a snack cart, White Claw by his side.
“Our members pay a lot of money to come here,” he says. “300k initiation fee. Did you know that?”
He asks an apparent employee (Cailee Spaeny) why members dish out so much money.
“The discretion,” he says. “People need a place where they can feel safe. Where they can pretend everything is okay. It’s the land of make-believe. Do you follow?”
Season 2 “explores the trials of love across life stages and the mounting pressures marriage can create,” an official synopsis states, and also stars Carey Mulligan and Charles Melton.
