A New York man bought a lottery ticket while visiting a friend in Massachusetts and won a $1 million top prize.
The Massachusetts State Lottery said Corona resident Jose Carrasco was visiting a friend in Massachusetts when he stopped at the American Food Markets store in Mattapan. Advertisement
Carrasco bought a $100X Cash scratch-off ticket and ended up revealing a $1 million prize.
The winner said he does not yet have any plans for his prize money.
