Bridesmaids icon Melissa McCarthy is set to host Saturday Night Live on Dec. 6.
Singer-songwriter Dijon has been booked as the musical guest for the episode.
Season 51 of NBC’s New York-based sketch-comedy show kicked off in October.
This weekend’s edition was hosted by The Running Man star Glen Powell.
The series will be on hiatus for the next two weeks because of the Thanksgiving holiday.
