Palm Royale, Yellowstone and Sweet Home Alabama actor Josh Lucas has signed on to co-star with Nicole Kidman and Elle Fanning in the Paramount+ legal drama, Discretion.
“I am beyond thrilled to join this absolutely incredible project. And with these actors who I so admire. This script is [fire emoji],” Lucas commented in an Instagram post with a screenshot of a media report about his casting.
The eight-part thriller follows the complicated mentor-protege relationship of corporate lawyers played by Kidman and Fanning.
Lucas plays the attorney husband of Kidman’s character.
Production is to begin later this year for a 2027 premiere.
