Prime Video is giving a glimpse of the Good Omens finale.
The streaming service shared a trailer for the show’s conclusion Wednesday — a 90-minute episode that will release May 13 in lieu of a full Season 3.
Based on the Terry Pratchett and Neil Gaiman novel, Good Omens stars Michael Sheen and David Tennant as Aziraphale and Crowley, an angel and demon who must work together to prevent an apocalypse.
The trailer shows Aziraphale (Sheen), affectionately called Angel, and Crowley (Tennant) reunite to prevent the “end times” after the Season 2 finale saw Aziraphale leave Crowley and earth behind.
“As the fate of the universe hangs in the balance, Aziraphale and Crowley must confront their relationship, heal old wounds and rediscover their bond,” an official synopsis reads.
“Together, they must decide whether their friendship — and the world itself — is worth saving.”
Fans received word in 2024 that a 90-minute episode was planned instead of Season 3 following sexual abuse allegations against Gaiman.
