Firefighters and police officers worked together in Ohio to rescue a family of about 11 ducklings stuck in a storm drain near a Pizza Hut.
The Canal Fulton and Lawrence Township Fire Department said on social media that firefighters responded Sunday alongside Canal Fulton Police Department officers when the baby ducks were reported trapped near a Pizza Hut eatery.
The responders ended up reuniting about 11 ducklings with their mother, who watched the rescue from nearby.
“Great teamwork by everyone involved and a happy ending for some very small residents of our community,” the post said.
