Animal lovers in Ontario are trying to find the owner of a cat that stowed away in a transport truck from a Walmart store in Montreal to a warehouse in Ontario.
The Lost and Found Pets of Ottawa and Surrounding Areas page on Facebook said Walmart Logistics employees found the feline inside the trailer of a truck that arrived at the warehouse in Cornwall on April 1.
The truck had come from the Walmart Supercenter store on Av de Granby in Montreal, about 70 miles from the warehouse.
The cat is being cared for by Walmart Logistics employees while they try to find the animal’s owner.
