Prime Video has announced eight new cast members for its Boys of Tommen series.
The streaming service said in a press release Thursday that Amelia May, John Hewson, Indy Lewis, Alex Dunne, Dixie Egerickx, Daisy Jacob, Jonathan Heed and Cathal Ó Síocháin have joined the upcoming adaptation.
Boys of Tommen is a young adult romantic drama based on the book series by Irish author Chloe Walsh. The show centers on the love story between Johnny Kavanagh (Conor Sánchez) and Shannon Lynch (Nancy Surridge), a star rugby player and a shy new student, at the prestigious Tommen College.
May has been cast as Claire Biggs, with Hewson as Gerard Gibson, aka Gibsie, Lewis as Lizzie Young, Dunne as Hughie Biggs and Egerickx as Katie Wilmot.
In addition, Jacob will play Bella Wilkinson, Heed will portray Cormac Ryan and O Síocháin has been cast as Ronan McGarry. Producers are still searching for the show’s Patrick Feely.
The new cast members join previously announced stars James O’Donoghue, who plays Joey Lynch, and Sophie McGibbon, who portrays Aoife Molly.
